Anxiety

a path towards authentic growth

Manage Your Anxieties

Dealing with anxiety can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My approach to anxiety therapy centers around helping you develop self-awareness, which is the first step towards gaining more control over your responses to anxiety. Together, we’ll work on building self-discipline so that, over time, you’ll be able to lead yourself through anxious moments rather than being led by them.

Do You Experience Any The Following?

  • Panic, fear, and uneasiness
  • Feelings of panic, doom, or danger
  • Sleep problems
  • Not being able to stay calm and still
  • Cold, sweaty, numb, or tingling hands or feet
  • Shortness of breath
  • Heart palpitations
  • Dry mouth
  • Nausea
  • Tense muscle
  • Dizziness
  • Thinking about a problem over and over again and unable to stop
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Intensely or obsessively avoiding feared objects or places
  • Breathing faster and more quickly than normal (hyperventilation)

How I Can Help

Foster Sustainable Change

In our anxiety therapy sessions, we’ll explore what I call the “edge of tolerance”—that place where you’re just slightly outside of your comfort zone. It’s in this space that real growth happens. By working collaboratively at this edge, we’ll create corrective experiences that gradually help you expand your capacity to handle anxiety, leading to greater overall well-being. This isn’t about pushing you too hard; it’s about supporting you in a way that fosters sustainable change and a stronger sense of self-leadership.
