Relationship Therapy
a path towards authentic growth
Navigate Relationships
Relationships can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. If you and your partner are struggling with conflict, miscommunication, or intimacy issues, it can feel like you’re caught in a cycle that’s hard to break. I’m here to help you navigate these difficulties and find a path back to connection and understanding. My approach involves helping each of you develop greater self-awareness, so you can better understand your own desires and how they play into your interactions. From there, we’ll work on building the self-discipline and control needed to respond to each other from a place of calm and clarity, rather than frustration or anxiety.

How I Can Help
Form Deeper Connections
In our sessions, we’ll explore the “edge of tolerance”—a space where you can safely and constructively address the tough issues in your relationship. This isn’t about forcing change, but about creating a collaborative environment where you can each grown in your ability to know yourself and know the one you love while working towards common goals. By doing this, you’ll not only learn how to resolve immediate conflicts but also strengthen your relationship in the long term, fostering deeper connection, trust, and emotional well-being.
